Snabbit Star Pack unusable as app always shows slots full, demands refund

@Snabbit_App Extremely disappointed with your service! Purchased the Star Pack (3 x 60-min cleaning sessions), but your app ALWAYS says slots are full and we will notify you. It is impossible to actually book a slot. This isnt about Rs 178, I demand a full refund immediately.
