Royal Enfield Reown - Pending RC Ownership Transfer of Sold Thunderbird 350 & Unresolved ₹1,000 Traffic Challan Issued to Previous Owner

Royal EnfieldPC-2026-02822AutomobilesAnonymous ·
A serious question for Royal Enfield: Who takes responsibility when your Reown process fails? I sold my Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350 through the Royal Enfield Reown programme, trusting the brand and its promised ownership-transfer process. Despite completing the required formalities and repeatedly following up for months, the vehicle's ownership transfer remains unresolved. Now, I am receiving reminders to pay a ₹1,000 traffic challan for an alleged offence committed on 2 September 2026 for a vehicle I had already sold through your programme. I had already sent a final warning to your customer support team on 31 December 2025. Yet the issue remains unresolved. Is this the customer experience people should expect from a trusted brand? A customer sells a vehicle through your organised programme, follows your process and relies on your assurances. Why should that customer continue facing traffic challans, potential legal complications and unnecessary mental stress because the ownership transfer has not been completed? This is not merely a delay in paperwork. It is a serious breakdown of trust, accountability and customer service. I demand that Royal Enfield Reown:nn- Immediately resolve the ownership transfer and provide documentary proof.n- Investigate and address the pending challan appropriately.n- Explain why the transfer was not completed within the promised timeline.n- Provide a written resolution and a clear commitment to prevent further complications. I am seeking a concrete resolution, not another generic response or another request to wait. Royal Enfield, please intervene urgently. A customer who trusted your programme should not be left to deal with the consequences of an unresolved transfer. I have retained the relevant email correspondence and challan records and am prepared to pursue the appropriate consumer and legal remedies if this matter continues to be ignored. Royal Enfield customer alleges delivery dates changed multiple times for Classic 350 booking

Royal Enfield, what the hell is going on with your delivery system? I booked my Classic 350 (Medallion Bronze) on 14 September 2026, and since then, your delivery date has become a joke. First, 4 October. Then 22 November. Then 21 October
