4+ Months of Zero Resolution: Chronic Telecom Failure Disrupting Work on Dhamdod Road, Bardoli (Surat, Gujarat) Reliable internet connectivity is not a luxury; it is critical infrastructure required for daily professional commitments, business communications, and essential services. For the past **4 months**, residents and professionals across **Dhamdod Road, Bardoli (Surat, Gujarat)** have been experiencing severe, persistent network downtime and unstable data connectivity with Jio Despite lodging multiple formal complaints and following up through standard customer grievance channels, no ground-level resolution has been provided. Repeated tickets are raised, yet network reliability remains non-existent while full billing cycles continue uninterrupted. Such prolonged service failure amounts to a clear deficiency of service. Escalating this matter for urgent review and intervention: Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Government of India Ministry of Communications, Government of India National Consumer Helpline / Consumer Affairs Authority We request the network engineering and nodal escalation teams at Jio, Jio Platforms Limited (JPL) to deploy technical ground personnel immediately to inspect the local infrastructure on Dhamdod Road, rectify the optical/RF faults, and restore stable connectivity without further delay.
