A Rs.24,000 ring from GIVA broke within ONE MONTH of purchase (Order #GI0015470961). Your own store sent it to your warehouse for repair. 3 weeks later: "can't be repaired" - and even your store says they can't reach your own customer care. What exactly is a customer supposed to do? I want my ring repaired or replaced. Now.
