    Failed Return Pickup and False Customer Unavailability Status on Nykaa Fashion

    Pathetic experience with NykaaFashion I raised a return request for my Nykaa Fashion parcel, but the pickup agent never called me or came to collect the parcel. Despite this, the app incorrectly shows the status as "Customer Not Available.
