Lenskart premium Owndays lenses scratched despite recommended cleaning care

I purchased Lenskart Power Specs with premium Japanese Owndays lenses on 30 April. The lenses have developed excessive scratches even though I have cleaned them only with the cleaning cloth and cleaning liquid supplied by Lenskart. I am asking what durability and assurance customers get when paying a premium price for these lenses, and why the scratching is happening despite the recommended cleaning process.
