Livpure complaint over unresolved machine replacement delay and lack of response

Seriously, I think it’s time to approach the Consumer Court and raise a formal complaint. I have been continuously following up regarding my unresolved issue, but there has been no proper resolution, and this entire experience has become extremely frustrating.Yesterday, I received an OTP and the delivery/pickup team even came to collect the machine for the replacement. However, despite continuous follow-ups, there has been no further response or action from your side.This level of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable. I expect a clear response and a confirmed resolution/update within 24 hours of receiving this message. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within this deadline, I will have no option but to proceed with a formal complaint before the Consumer Court and take the matter forward through the appropriate channels.
