LG India - Unresolved Service Delays, Poor Field Executive Support, and Lack of Response

LG India LG Electronics -I am extremely disappointed with your service. Even after repeated follow-ups and considerable delays, our issue still remains unresolved. Can I expect a reliable and permanent solution from your company? I fail to understand why this problem has not been resolved yet, or whether there is any genuine interest in addressing customer concerns. I have been continuously contacting your field executives and senior representatives, but I am not receiving any meaningful response. This lack of communication is only increasing my frustration and concerns. As a customer, I feel let down by LG and expect much better support and accountability. I sincerely hope that LG will take this matter seriously and provide a prompt and lasting resolution.
