Very Disappointing Service Experience with Kensater Water PurifiernI am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Kensater. The purifier was delivered 4 days ago, but installation is still pending. The service staff is not responding to phone calls, and neither the customer care team nor the dealer is providing any proper response or support.nThis kind of after-sales service is completely unacceptable. Customers spend their hard-earned money expecting a good product and reliable service, but my experience has been extremely frustrating.nI strongly recommend that everyone think twice before purchasing a Kensater water purifier.
