Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this legal notice to formally raise my serious grievance regarding fraudulent and unauthorized transactions amounting to ₹1,50,000 (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) carried out through my RBL Bank Credit Card. I have been a regular RBL Bank Credit Card customer for the last three years and have maintained a banking relationship with your institution in good faith. However, an unfortunate incident occurred on the night of 9th October, when my mobile phone was allegedly hacked/compromised, resulting in three unauthorized transactions being initiated through my RBL Bank Credit Card at approximately 2:00 AM. The total amount involved in these fraudulent transactions was ₹1,50,000. 1. Immediate Reporting of Fraud to the Bank As soon as I became aware of these unauthorized transactions, I immediately contacted RBL Bank Customer Care at approximately 2:30 AM on 9th October and formally reported the incident. My complaint was registered under Complaint Reference Number:
