Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) one of the biggest spammers from BFSI is undoubtedly RBL Bank. Morning 0830 onwards they start spamming inspite of my number registered with DND Portal. RBL Bank has been reminded tens of times that I do not wish to subscribe to it's Credit Card, still without adhering to set protocols they keep on spamming. It's an absolute disgrace. Expect RBL Bank to give a cold response, without measurable actions and simply say : "We regret the inconvenience caused. We will look into it." I deal with several BFSI companies but RBL Bank is one of the worst service oriented organisations.
