Dear Paytm/Spicejet Customer Resolution Team, I am writing to formally escalate my complaint regarding two flight booking refunds that have not been received till date. Both flight bookings were cancelled on 19 August 2026. I raised complaints with Paytm on 20 August 2026, but despite the passage of time, I have neither received the refunds nor a satisfactory resolution. The details are as follows: Paytm Booking ID: ****** Refund Amount: ₹10,343 Level 1 Ticket No.: ****** Paytm Booking ID: ****** Refund Amount: ₹10,343 Level 1 Ticket No.: ****** Total Refund Pending: ₹20,686 Ticket Cancellation Date: 19 August 2026 Complaint Raised: 20 August 2026 I request you to urgently investigate both cases and arrange for the pending refunds of ₹20,686 at the earliest. Please provide the following for both bookings: Current refund status Refund processing date, if already processed Refund reference number / ARN / UTR Expected date by which the amount will be credited If the refund has already been initiated by the airline, please provide the relevant refund reference details so that I can coordinate with my bank/airline if required. Please treat this email as a Level 2 escalation and provide a written resolution at the earliest.
