🚨 ₹12 LAKH FRAUD & CORPORATE APATHY: How Canara Bank & Maruti Suzuki India Limited Destroyed a Common Man's Dream. 🚨
In December 2024, our middle-class family saved up every rupee to buy our first car—a Maruti Suzuki India Limited Ertiga VXi(O). It wasn't a luxury; it was our family's biggest dream.
Today, nearly 2 YEARS later, that dream stands shattered. We have NO CAR, we have lost over ₹12 LAKHS, and we are trapped in continuous financial harassment.
⚠️ THE SYSTEMIC FAILURE & GREED:
The Dealer Scam (M/S Sri Durga Automotives, Hindupur - 515201 ):
The authorized dealer pocketed ₹11.9+ Lakhs (₹4,48,289 Margin Money + ₹7,50,000 Canara Bank Loan) and vanished WITHOUT delivering the vehicle, Form 22, Tax Invoice, or Registration (RC).
Gross Banking Negligence (canara bank ID-13122 , Hindupur-515201 ): Canara Bank disbursed the entire ₹7.5 Lakh loan directly to the dealer without verifying physical asset delivery or RC. Later, the bank officially admitted non-delivery in writing and filed Police FIR No. 283/2025 (CC No. 358/2026).
Illegal Deductions & 24 Months of Harassment:
Despite admitting in court & police records that the car was NEVER delivered, Canara Bank has continuously debited monthly EMIs (~₹2.21L+ stolen from our account so far) for a non-existent car and keeps issuing legal recovery notices!
Corporate Wash of Hands:
We emailed Canara Bank Head Office (Bengaluru) and Maruti Suzuki India Limited leadership. The result? Portal complaints marked "Closed as Duplicate" without resolution, auto-generated excuses, and complete apathy.
📢 WE DEMAND IMMEDIATE ACTION:
🛑 Canara Bank : Immediately HALT all illegal EMI debits from Loan A/c ******, refund our ₹11.9+ Lakhs, and clear our TransUnion CIBIL Limited rating!
🛑 Maruti Suzuki India Limited : Take accountability for your authorized dealership network fraud instead of ignoring innocent car buyers!
