I have reported a serious issue with my Ather electric scooter that occurred while it was connected to an Ather Grid charging station at Eat & Play Restaurant. On 21st October 2026, I plugged in my scooter for charging at the Ather Grid station and went inside the restaurant. After approximately 10 minutes, when I came out of the restaurant, I noticed that the charging indicator light had changed from blinking green to red. Following this incident, my scooter stopped working. I am concerned that this issue may be related to the charging station or the charging process. I request the ather service center technical team investigate this incident, inspect both my scooter and the charging station at Eat & Play Restaurant, and identify the root cause of the problem. There is no assistance in repairing my scooter and providing an appropriate resolution from Ather Team. Please help me to resolve my issue.
