Haier Appliances India - Delayed PCB Replacement & Poor Commercial After-Sales Support for Bulk Purchase of 40 ACs

We purchased 40 ACs from Haier, and unfortunately, a few of the ACs developed some issues. We raised a complaint, and after 4–5 days, a technician finally visited and diagnosed the problem as a PCB issue. He told us that the required part would arrive within 4–5 days and would then be installed. Today, it has already been 10–15 days, and we are still waiting. Every time we call, we are given different excuses and are simply asked to wait. Apparently, the PCB is still somewhere that nobody knows. The weather has also changed now, but the issue is still not resolvednWhat is even more disappointing is that we purchased 40 ACs from Haier. If this is the kind of after-sales service provided to a customer who has purchased 40 ACs, I can only imagine how customers who purchased one or two units are being treated. QRG, Aap to service oriented bande the, lekin aap ke bande..... Anyway, it is your choice. If you feel this issue is worth resolving, please go ahead and resolve it. But honestly, this kind of after-sales service is extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable from a brand like Haier.
