Ajio marked order as delivered but never sent the second sweatshirt, and support gave only automated replies with no refund

INCOMPLETE ORDER FN******: Missing item & immediate refund Thank you so much for the unexpected plot twist on Order FN******. I ordered two sweatshirts as a surprise for my younger brother, but your fulfillment team clearly felt one was more than enough generosity for one day. While the black sweatshirt (Men Typographic Print Regular Fit Sweatshirt) arrived, the second item—Men Colourblock Relaxed Fit Sweatshirt (Navy, Size XL)—vanished into thin air, despite your system marking the order fully delivered. Even more impressive was raising a complaint only to be greeted by generic, robotic auto-replies pretending the entire package arrived intact. As fascinating as talking to your automated script is, it doesn't keep anyone warm or refund stolen money. Since you failed to deliver the paid item, do not send me another scripted template. Issue an immediate full refund for the missing sweatshirt back to my original payment source. If this isn’t resolved promptly by an actual human, I will escalate this non-delivery and fraudulent fulfillment to the National Consumer Helpline and consumer forum.
