AJIO order delayed in Moradabad, marked return to origin after reaching city; complaint about customer support conduct

AJIO.com : Unprofessional Customer Support & Delivery Failure | AJIO Sandeep Karwa Jeyandran Venugopal Niraj Ambani Order ID: FN****** I am escalating the following issues with AJIO: 1. Missed Delivery- No update till date My order was supposed to be delivered in Moradabad on 8th October, but it was not delivered on 8th, 9th, or 10th October. (Despite being already reached in city) 2. Shipment Mishandling The shipment had already reached Moradabad at 2:30 AM on 8th October, yet no delivery was made. 3. Unexpected Return to Origin The tracking status now shows “Return to Origin” — Jhajjar, the original shipping location, despite the shipment already reaching the destination city. 4. Unprofessional Customer Support — Pooja Saha Pooja Saha repeatedly provided incorrect information and refused to acknowledge the obvious tracking discrepancy, even after I explained the facts. She failed to take responsibility and spoke rudely throughout the interaction. What I expect from AJIO: Investigate the shipment and explain why it was not delivered. Address the unprofessional conduct of Pooja Saha. Provide an immediate resolution with a clear, factual explanation. Customers deserve accountability, accurate information, and respectful treatment—not misinformation and generic responses. @AJIO, please take ownership of this issue and resolve it urgently. #AJIO #CustomerExperience #CustomerService #DeliveryIssues
