Godrej AC requires repeated gas refills within 2 years, poor after-sales support

Bought Godrej AC along with 2 Voltas ACs on 11.06.2024 . Just after one year of use, the cooling from the Godrej AC started falling down . On 21.04.2026 raised service request 79070139 and the same was attended after one month ,exactly on 21.05.2026 that too after repeated follow ups . It has been informed by your Authorized service centres field representative that Gas is exhausted and the same has been refilled as per his advice and charged Rs 3,850 . Enclosed bill.Just within 2 months again the cooling from the Godrej AC started falling down . I raised service request 82847858 again on 02.09.2026 and the same is attended on 15.09.2026 .The field staff informed that Gas to be refilled again . What I dont understand is that a AC which is hardly two years old, how many times we have to fill Gas for cooling . At the same time Voltas ACs were also purchased ,till date there was no such issue . The bluestar AC Im using at my Home from past 6 years till date no such issue of Gas filling and this type of exorbitant charges were charged . Initiatlly they asked me to pay again Rs 3,500 and when I objected they settled for Rs 2,500 .Enclosed second bill .This time they assured that there wont be any further problem . But now again from past few days there is no cooling in Godrej AC . From past many years i used different brand ACs at our office as well at my house ,but none of the brands had created this much headache like Godrej AC . Also the after sales support of Godrej Appliances is very pathetic . Totally regretting purchase of Godrej AC. Now I request Godrej Team to identify the root cause of this issue and resolve immediately . If it is happening because of your manufacturing defect then the same needs to be replaced with new product with no extra payment from our end . We are not buying AC for 1 or 2 years . Also every 2 to 3 months how can you expect us to pay your Service Representative with Rs 3000 to Rs 3500 for the mistake of purchasing Godrej AC . Already paid Rs 6350 within this last 4 months . Pls resolve the same urgently or else I will be constrained to escalate the issue to Consumer Court or any other Legal forum .
