My mother’s health insurance claim was recently rejected by Care Health Insurance, despite us following every rule by the book: ✅ Fully disclosing all pre-existing conditions upfront. ✅ Explicitly opting for and paying for the specific rider designed to cover pre-existing diseases. ✅ Providing every single required document and hospital record requested. Despite these clear disclosures and covered provisions, the claim was still turned down. When customers are completely transparent and pay extra for specific riders, expecting fair coverage shouldn't be an uphill battle. Insurance is supposed to provide a safety net during medical emergencies, not added administrative stress and unwarranted rejections. Sharing this to raise awareness about the hurdles policyholders face and to urge Care Insurance to review this case and uphold their commitments.
