Care Health Insurance - Claim Rejected on Ground of Normal Reports Despite Hospitalization for Multiple Ailments

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Care Insurance My relative is currently admitted to the hospital with a medical condition, including a liver infection, anemia, and typhoid. During such a difficult time, we expected timely support and professionalism from the insurance company. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. Despite her hospitalization, we were informed that the claim was rejected because the reports are “normal.” If the reports are truly considered normal, then why is the patient admitted under a doctor’s supervision and receiving treatment? The treating physician has recommended hospitalization based on her medical condition, and this should be given due consideration. The representative who visited the hospital did not carry any official Care Health Insurance identity card or proof of authorization. This created unnecessary confusion and raised concerns about the legitimacy of the visit. What was even more disappointing was the behavior of the customer support team. Instead of providing clear information and assistance, they were rude, unresponsive, and unable to answer our questions. If the claim is being rejected, I request Care Insurance to ensure that your team conducts a proper assessment at the hospital, reviews the treating doctor’s reports, and communicates instead of leaving families in uncertainty during a medical emergency. Health insurance is meant to support people during their most difficult moments.
