Flipkart - Unilateral Cancellation, Price Hike on Reorder & Indefinite Delivery Delay Across Multiple Orders

Disappointed with the deteriorating customer service and order fulfilment at Flipkart. Despite multiple follow-ups, I am stuck in an endless loop of unhelpful automated bots. Critical issues across two recent orders: Unilateral Cancellation (Order ID: OD**************100): Placed on 7 Oct, scheduled for 12 Oct. The item reached a hub near my location, yet Flipkart cancelled it without consent citing "shipped to an incorrect location." Now I am expected to repurchase it at an inflated price, compensated only with 50 SuperCoins. Indefinite Delivery Delay (Order ID: OD**************100): Placed on 8 Oct, expected by 13 Oct. The tracking shows it has been sitting at a local hub for 3 days with zero delivery attempts or updates. Customers should not bear the cost of internal logistics failures or pay higher prices to repurchase cancelled orders. I request Flipkart's grievance team to intervene within 48 hours to: Honour the original purchase prices for both orders. Deliver the pending order immediately and arrange a replacement/re-order for the cancelled item at zero extra cost. Provide human-assisted support instead of generic bot responses. Failing a resolution within 48 hours, I will be escalating this matter formally to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and the Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act. ************
