What is this scam @flipkartsupport ? On the product page there was written open box delivery and i payed for protect promise fee which states that the product will be open boxed, but the help chat is saying different ****** when i ordered the product, i checked “protect promise fee”, and there was showing that the will be open boxed, but now when i tapped on support and asked “does the product has open box delivery?”, the chatbot said “this product doesn’t require open box delivery”

Personal details such as phone numbers, emails and ID or account numbers have been hidden (shown as ******) for privacy. Only the author, the company's approved representatives and Panchaayat staff can see them.
