Alleged cashless claim denial and unresolved support issue with Care Health Insurance

A LinkedIn post alleges that Care Health Insurance denied a cashless hospitalization claim for the author’s brother at Manipal Hospitals Ghaziabad, questioned the treating doctor’s judgment, and the family paid the bills out of pocket after discharge. The post further states that the support team sent repeated copy-paste replies and that complaints were filed with IRDAI, the Ombudsman, and the PMO, but the matter remained unresolved.

    Delay in reimbursement claim
