Dear inDrive Support Team, I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding the unacceptable and highly unprofessional behaviour of one of your drivers. After accepting my booking, the driver refused to provide the pickup service and demanded an additional fare beyond the agreed amount. When I refused to pay the extra money, the driver spoke to me in an extremely rude, disrespectful, and threatening manner. He made an insulting remark, saying, "You have not purchased a car; you only book rides," and further used threatening language, including "Dekh lunga, kya ukhaad lega tu?" This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about passenger safety, dignity, and the standard of service provided by your platform. As a customer, I have every right to expect respectful treatment and service at the agreed fare without being subjected to intimidation, verbal abuse, or unnecessary demands for extra money. I have already attached screenshots as evidence to support my complaint. I request that your team investigate this incident urgently, review the available booking details, and take strict and appropriate action against the driver in accordance with your policies. Please do not treat this as a routine complaint. Such behaviour damages customer trust and the reputation of inDrive. I expect a formal response confirming that this matter has been investigated and appropriate action has been taken. If this issue is not addressed satisfactorily, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the appropriate consumer grievance authorities and the Consumer Forum, along with the supporting evidence. I hope inDrive will take this complaint seriously and ensure that no other customer has to experience such misconduct. Regards, A Concerned Customer inDrive
