inDrive - Escalating Fare Spikes (Rs 400 to Rs 1200), Mid-Ride Cancellations, Driver Misbehaviour & Unhygienic Vehicles

🚨 Is This the Future of Ride-Hailing, or Are Customers Being Taken for Granted? inDriven I believe it is time for ride-hailing companies to seriously review their pricing policies, driver behaviour, and service quality. A ride that initially shows a fare of Rs. 400 can suddenly jump to Rs. 900 or even Rs. 1,200. Customers are left confused about what they are actually paying for. And the problems do not end with pricing:nn🚫 Drivers cancelling or ending rides in the middle of the journey.n⚠️ Abusive language and reckless driving.n🚗 Poorly maintained, unpleasant-smelling vehicles—even in Premium categories.n💸 Unpredictable fares that leave customers feeling helpless. Here is a simple solution: FIXED PER-KILOMETRE PRICING. The same route should have a consistent, transparent base rate. Customers should not have to worry about fares changing unpredictably or depending on a driver mood. Any waiting-time charges, surge pricing, or additional fees should be clearly disclosed before booking. Premium should mean premium quality. Safety, cleanliness, professionalism, and fair pricing should be the minimum standard for every ride. #CustomerExperience #RideHailing #CustomerTrust #FairPricing #ServiceQuality #CustomerRights #BusinessEthics
