Ajio and Shadowfax logged false delivery attempts and kept rescheduling an order placed 27 October, with no refund or delivery

Subject: Formal Complaint Against AJIO and Shadowfax for Non-Delivery of Order, False Delivery Attempts, and Unjustified Rescheduling Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally raise a complaint against AJIO and its delivery partner, Shadowfax, regarding the failure to deliver my order within the promised delivery timeline. Despite placing the order and waiting for its delivery, I have experienced repeated and unacceptable issues. The delivery status is being updated with attempted delivery notifications even though the delivery has not taken place. There have also been repeated rescheduling of the delivery without my consent or any valid explanation. Furthermore, my attempts to contact the delivery personnel have been unsuccessful, as my calls are not being answered. These actions have caused unnecessary inconvenience, wasted my time, and denied me the service I paid for. Such practices raise serious concerns regarding the accuracy of delivery updates, the quality of customer service, and the failure to fulfil the order as promised. I request that AJIO and Shadowfax immediately investigate this matter, verify the authenticity of the reported delivery attempts, and arrange delivery of my product without further delay. If the product cannot be delivered, I request a full refund without unnecessary conditions or further delay. Please treat this complaint seriously and provide a written response along with a clear resolution within 48 hours of receiving this complaint. If the issue remains unresolved, I reserve the right to escalate the matter to the National Consumer Helpline and pursue appropriate remedies under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
