Blue Dart / Tata 1mg - Delayed Prepaid Medicine Order, Executive Demanding 7 km Travel, and False Tracking Updates

Disappointed with the delivery experience from Blue Dart . I have been waiting for my prepaid medicine order for the past two days, but the delivery experience has been extremely frustrating. Yesterday, the delivery executive called me and asked me to travel 7 km to collect my order, which is not a reasonable expectation when the delivery address provided is correct. I also confirmed that I have successfully received medicine orders at the same address before. Today, I received no call, yet the tracking status was updated incorrectly. Medicines are essential healthcare products, not ordinary parcels. Customers should not have to chase delivery partners or travel kilometres to receive orders that are supposed to be delivered to their doorstep. Blue Dart and Tata 1mg , please investigate this issue, correct the inaccurate delivery status, and ensure my prepaid medicine order is delivered to my registered address at the earliest. I am attaching screenshots of the tracking status for reference. I can share the tracking number through a personal message if required.
