Aditya Birla Health Insurance cashless claim for severe anaemia treatment reportedly denied at discharge after pre-approval

Can someone help me on this? I had a Aditya Birla Health Insurance for my parents from 1.5 years, today my mom had to discharge after 6 days of Anaemia treatment. We had a pre approval cashless claim of 1 lakh during admission, now when we are about to discharge today the cashless claim is rejected without any solid reason. The hospital documents are very clear mentioning Severe Anaemia, but the claim is rejected stating Reason for Request Denial: Chronicity and duration of anemia cannot be ascertained at this juncture hence cashless denied as per policy t and c. However, this does not impact your impending hospitalization at Aster Cmi Hospital in any way. For M N Rukmini's prompt treatment, we request you to connect with the Hospital’s Information or Insurance Desk. We understand this might not be going as per plan, but you can raise a Reimbursement Claim Request, within 07 days of discharge from the hospital. I am still at the hospital with the patient trying to connect with the help Center where I received absolute disrespectful response. This is the worst nightmare for any customer. Never expected this type of worst experience from Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Limited #adityabirlahealthinsurance #worstservice
