Bajaj Finance lured me into a loan upgrade with a promised ₹10,000 cashback that was never credited, and staff went silent

Disappointing Customer Experience with Bajaj Finserv | Misleading Commitments & Unfulfilled Cashback Promise I would like to bring a serious customer grievance regarding Bajaj Finance to the attention of its senior management. I already had an active Personal Flexi OD Loan with Bajaj Finance. Their representatives approached me with an offer to upgrade my existing loan facility, promising: Increased loan limit. Waiver of Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC). Reduced interest rate of 12.35%. Approximately ₹22,000 in processing-related charges, with an assured ₹10,000 cashback/refund. Initially, I was not interested in proceeding with this offer. However, after repeated calls and requests from their representatives, I was convinced to accept it. A representative named Neha repeatedly assured me that the ₹10,000 cashback would be credited to my wallet. Another representative, Rohan, also reconfirmed this commitment during the approval process. I was even assured through WhatsApp that the cashback would be credited within 24 hours. But the reality? The promised ₹10,000 cashback has still not been credited. What is more disappointing is that the representatives who were repeatedly calling me to get the offer approved are now not answering my calls or responding to my messages. This raises some serious questions: Why are customers being convinced to accept financial products based on cashback promises that are not fulfilled? Why do representatives stop responding once the loan upgrade is completed? Who takes responsibility for commitments made by Bajaj Finance employees? I agreed to proceed with this offer based on specific financial assurances. I believe customers deserve transparency, accountability and fair treatment. My requested resolution is simple: Credit the promised ₹10,000 cashback immediately. Alternatively, restore my previous loan plan and original terms without additional penalties or charges. I have already raised a formal complaint with Bajaj Finance and shared the supporting evidence. I request that Bajaj Finance's senior management and grievance redressal team investigate this matter and provide a satisfactory resolution. A company's responsibility to its customers should not end once it sells a loan product. Customer trust matters more than monthly sales targets. #BajajFinance #CustomerExperience #CustomerGrievance #ConsumerRights #Banking #CustomerService #Accountability
