Bajaj Finance - Four Months of Harassment, Unresolved Security Concerns, and Unilateral Settlement

Bajaj Finserv Bajaj Finance Service Support Reserve Bank of India (RBI) JagoGrahak India FOUR MONTHS OF HARASSMENT. ZERO PROPER RESOLUTION. After product delivery, Bajaj Finance sales representative allegedly contacted me after 3–4 days and sought my Bajaj application password and OTP, followed by a video call. I experienced severe mental distress and harassment. I demand a thorough investigation into these serious concerns. I STRONGLY REJECT your unilateral ₹5,000 “goodwill compensation.” I NEVER consented to it as a full and final settlement. My demand remains as Said — NO NEGOTIATION. Stop closing tickets without resolution. Provide evidence of any alleged settlement agreement and a reasoned written response. I reserve my right to approach the RBI and Consumer Forum. I DEMAND ACCOUNTABILITY, NOT GENERIC REPLIES OR UNILATERAL SETTLEMENTS.
