Disappointed with Mahindra’s Customer Service and Warranty Support! I am extremely disappointed with the way my issue with my Mahindra XUV700 AX7L Diesel Automatic (2025) is being handled. My vehicle has developed a serious performance issue, with sudden power loss and abnormal acceleration behaviour. Despite approaching the authorised service centre and seeking a proper resolution, my warranty claim is being denied, leaving me without a satisfactory solution. Buying a premium vehicle comes with the expectation of reliable after-sales service, transparency and customer support. Unfortunately, my experience so far has been quite the opposite. I request Mahindra and Mahindra Limited [Automotive and Farm Equipment Business] , Mahindra Group Customer Care, and the concerned senior management team to intervene, review my case and ensure a fair resolution. A customer should not have to repeatedly chase a company for a genuine technical issue, especially when the vehicle is relatively new.
