Unfair Charges & Contradictory Support: My Experience with HSBC I’m sharing this to highlight a serious lack of transparency with HSBC India regarding the TravelOne Credit Card. *Zero Disclosure*: Neither the onboarding terms nor the official joining letter mentioned any joining fee. Yet, it directly appeared on my first statement. *Misleading Customer Support*: Didnt receive any call back and every representative i called gave a different answer: 1. Promised a 50% refund. 2. Advised a formal complaint for a full reversal. 3. Told me to pay now for a reversal next month. 4. Final outcome: Close the card to get a refund, or pay the undisclosed fee to keep it. Forcing customers to accept false commitments or close their account is unacceptable banking practice. Transparency matters. Has anyone else experienced this with HSBC ? #HSBC #HSBCIndia #Banking #CustomerExperience #ConsumerRights #CreditCards #FinancialTransparency #RBI
