MAB charges totalling ₹37,400 on Axis account despite FD balance and pending reversal request

This is very pathetic and painful that i have to bring up this topic and post these issues on this platform.. linkedin please do support me in this.. I had submitted a physical request letter in Axis bank uthalasar branch at thane west on 22-nd sept 2026.. they have charged me for not maintaining MAB charges.. the charges totalling sum amount upto Rs. 37,400.. Which in case i was maintaining the balance in the form of FD with their same axis bank.. now , however fun fact is.. this was my earlier salary account and i was an ex-staff of Axis bank.. and they have being charging me constantly of MAB charges 2000/- to 3000/- rupees monthly.. And im following up on emails with the Branchead and DBM but they have not beeen reverting me back.. sadly i have to post this here and bring out screenshots to MD escalation now.. A customer going thru this pathetic journey and fighting for my own money.. I need full reversal of my charges.. #guys pls do support #axisbank#axisbranchhead#uthalasnarnakabranch
