Subject: Unprofessional Behaviour by Recovery Agents – Request for Immediate Investigation by YES BANKn
I want to bring a serious issue to the attention of YES BANK, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, and the concerned authorities.
Atharva Shivalkar, who was previously employed with me, left his job in May. His YES BANK credit card payment is reportedly pending. However, I continue to receive repeated calls regarding his outstanding dues, even after clearly informing the callers that he is no longer working with me.
I am receiving continuous calls from the following numbers:n* ******n* ******n
One of the callers, a female recovery agent, allegedly spoke to me rudely and used abusive language. I request YES BANK, RBI, and the Ministry of Finance to investigate these calls and provide the following details:n* The name and complete details of the recovery agency handling this matter.n* Confirmation of whether these callers are directly associated with YES BANK or an outsourced agency.n* The name, employee ID, designation, and official contact details of the female caller who contacted me.n* The authorization and purpose of contacting me regarding another person's credit card dues.
I want to make it clear that I am not the cardholder, guarantor, or person responsible for Atharva Shivalkar's credit card dues. I have already explained his employment status multiple times, yet the calls and alleged harassment continue.
I request YES BANK, RBI, and the Ministry of Finance to:n* Immediately investigate the above-mentioned phone numbers and the conduct of the callers.n* Stop unnecessary calls and harassment directed at me regarding another person's dues.n* Take appropriate action against anyone found using abusive, threatening, or disrespectful language.n* Ensure that all recovery-related communication follows proper professional and legal standards.n* Provide me with a written response and the details of the agency and caller involved.n* Clarify the applicable guidelines for contacting third parties in connection with credit card recovery.
Debt recovery must be conducted professionally and respectfully. No individual should be harassed or subjected to abusive language for someone else's outstanding payment.
I request the concerned teams at YES BANK, RBI, and the Ministry of Finance to look into this matter urgently and provide a proper resolution.
YES BANK – I expect accountability, transparency, and immediate action.
