*Passenger Name:* Khayati Aggarwal * *Flight Number:* TG332 dated 19 September 2026 * *PIR/File Reference:* BKKTG9806 * *Baggage Tag Number:* TG836790 * *Baggage Description:* Blue/Turquoise upright suitcase made of hard material Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to seek your urgent intervention regarding the extremely disappointing and frustrating experience I have faced with the Thai airline responsible for losing my checked baggage during my journey from Delhi to Bangkok. Despite repeated emails, document submissions and follow-ups, I have still not received a satisfactory response or resolution. The airline appears to respond only at its own convenience, while my emails and requests for assistance are repeatedly ignored. The Indian customer-care contact numbers are also not responding, leaving me with no effective channel to resolve this matter. I am particularly disappointed with the handling of my case by the customer-service representatives concerned, including Anjali and the representative communicating under the name or designation "ALAPASRADAR." I have received repeated requests and instructions, but there has been no meaningful progress, clear timeline or satisfactory explanation. The manner in which my complaint has been handled reflects a serious failure of customer service and accountability. 1. My checked baggage was lost during my Delhi-to-Bangkok journey, and I have been pursuing this matter for an unreasonably long period. 2. I have repeatedly contacted the airline by email, but timely and meaningful responses have not been provided. 3. The Indian customer-care numbers have not provided effective assistance. 4. I have already submitted supporting documents and the required forms. I have now completed and submitted the newly requested PPR form as well. 5. Despite my continued cooperation, the airline has failed to provide a clear claim status, a proper explanation of the next steps, or a firm settlement timeline. I respectfully request DGCA to: - Intervene in this matter and direct the airline to investigate my complaint urgently. - Ensure that the airline acknowledges all documents and forms already submitted, including the latest PPR form. - Direct the airline to provide a written update on my baggage-loss claim and explain any outstanding requirements clearly. - Ensure that my claim is assessed fairly and that the applicable compensation and reimbursement are processed without further unnecessary delay. - Review the conduct and responsiveness of the customer-service team handling this case. I request a written acknowledgement of this escalation and a clear timeline for resolution. I do not wish to continue sending repeated emails without receiving any meaningful action.
