Xiaomi - Unresolved Display Deformation Defect & Denied Panel Replacement Request for 32-inch Xiaomi TV

Extremely disappointing experience with Xiaomi — Request for Immediate Resolution I am sharing this publicly because my experience with Xiaomi after-sales support has been extremely disappointing, and my issue has still not been resolved. I purchased a 32-inch Xiaomi TV from Flipkart on 9th August 2026. The TV was properly installed, and everything appeared normal initially. However, after a few days, I noticed that the upper-left corner of the display was protruding outward and the back panel was visibly bent/deformed. The condition is clearly visible in the attached pictures. I raised a service request with Xiaomi on 26th August. A Xiaomi technician visited my home, inspected the TV and acknowledged the issue. I was informed that the panel would be replaced within 2–3 days. However, after waiting for several days, I received a call from Xiaomi stating that the replacement was not approved and my request had been rejected. The explanation given was that this was supposedly not a manufacturing defect and could have happened either during delivery or due to the customer. This is extremely difficult to understand. The TV was installed through the proper process, and the physical deformation is clearly visible.
