Wooden Street customer alleges non-identical lounge chairs delivered, no resolution since June despite Rs 40,000 spend

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Wooden Street! Wooden Street Wooden Street - SupportnnI purchased two lounge chairs from Wooden Street in June 2026, investing nearly Rs 40,000, expecting premium quality and the exact products I selected in-store. Instead, I received two non-identical chairs, and despite following up continuously since June, there is still no satisfactory resolution!nnThe experience has been nothing short of pathetic.nn- No accountability: Every time I contact customer care or the store, I seem to speak to a different executive. I have to explain the entire case from scratch, repeatedly spending almost an hour each day just to follow up.nn- False assurances: The escalation team promises a resolution within 24 hours, but either nobody gets back to me, the ticket is closed without a proper resolution, or the promised solution is never fulfilled.nn- Customer harassment: Why should a customer who has spent Rs 40,000 on your products have to chase your team for months to get what was actually ordered?nn- Substandard service: The quality of the product delivered and the complete lack of after-sales support have been deeply disappointing. Your escalation channels seem to be a never-ending loop of promises, follow-ups, and frustration.nnWooden Street, this is not the service a customer expects after making a premium purchase.nnI want a clear and final resolution:n1. Deliver the identical heavy lounge chair that I selected in your store, matching the one I ordered; orn2. Refund the complete amount paid and close this matter.nnI am done wasting my time on endless follow-ups and unfulfilled commitments. Customers invest their hard-earned money expecting quality products and reliable service, not months of stress and frustration.nnWooden Street - please stop making promises and start taking responsibility.nnI would strongly advise prospective buyers to think twice about the after-sales experience before making an expensive purchase.
