Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Whirlpool India!nI purchased a Whirlpool fully automatic washing machine on October 5, 2025, with warranty valid until September 27, 2027. Since August 25, 2026, I have faced recurring issues despite multiple complaints and technician visits.nInitially, technicians reported no issues, but the problem kept returning. Eventually, a technician identified a PCB issue and promised replacement within 7 days. The complaint was closed without repairing the machine.nCustomer care then promised resolution within 24 hours, but nothing happened. A senior representative promised a callback with a senior technician and resolution within 24–48 hours. No callback came!nToday, October 15, my latest complaint was also closed without fixing the issue.     Hi @whirlpool_india , I heard that for products bought on @flipkartsupport, installation is handled by Jeeves. If my Whirlpool refrigerator is installed by a Jeeves technician and not by your brand, will it void my warranty? Please confirm.

    New refrigerator reportedly arrived damaged and non-cooling

    After delivery, the technician inspected the refrigerator and found major dents on the body, a bent compressor mounting plate and zero cooling. I was advised not to switch it on. This is unacceptable for a product delivered as new. @Whirlpo
