Complaint about delayed full-and-final settlement, PF contribution reflection, and gratuity by Webmobril Technologies Management

🚨 WEBMOBRIL TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. — WHERE IS MY PF AND F&F? It's now time to raise voice for our rights and justice, for employee harrasment done by Webmobril Technologies Management ( WebMobril Inc. Jay Saraswat Ajay Saraswat Ravi Saraswat ). I remained patient for five months. I followed up through official channel on emails. waited for the commitments made by the company Unfortunately, nothing has worked. After serving Webmobril Technology Pvt. Ltd., H-189, Sector 63, Noida, for more than five years, I completed every required resignation formality and received my Experience and Relieving Letters. I was assured that my Full-and-Final Settlement would be completed within 45 days. However as per new Govt. guidelines Under Section 17(2) of the Code on Wages, fnf to be done within 2 working day post exit. No rules followed by Webmobril, Five months have now passed, but: ❌ My Full-and-Final Settlement remains unpaid. ❌ My PF contributions are still not reflected in my EPFO passbook. ❌ My gratuity for more than five years of service remains unpaid. ❌ No confirmed payment date has been communicated. Let me be absolutely clear: PF, salary settlement and gratuity are not favours from an employer. They are an employee’s earned dues. Despite repeated follow-ups I have now filed formal complaints through Government grievance portals( Samadhan, Jansunwai, CPGRAMS, EPF grievance portal, against Webmobril. I request all former employees of Webmobril who are suffering from delay in FNF and PF contribution not submitted by webmobril. Let's come forward and raise voice against our rights and harrasment doing by webmobril. I publicly call upon the management of Webmobril Technology Pvt. Ltd. to: Release my FNF amount and PF contribution immediately which is pending since July 2024 which you have deducted from my salary every month. If my dues are still not released, I will continue escalating the matter through EPFO, higher labour commissioner, the Labour Departme
