Serious Concerns About Aditya Birla Capital Practices My experience with Aditya Birla Capital raises serious concerns about transparency, customer harassment, and compliance with applicable RBI guidelines. Misleading verification records: No credit manager call or physical verification took place with me, yet the agreement records physical verification by a company employee. Unfair charges: I cancelled the loan within the cooling-off period, yet the company is demanding charges, including 7% plus GST. Contradictory agreement terms: The agreement states foreclosure charges apply only after the cooling-off period. Why are charges being demanded when I cancelled within that period? Pressure to reverse cancellation: After receiving the charges email, the channel partner asked me to reply to the same email to withdraw my cancellation decision. Regulatory concerns: These actions raise serious questions about compliance with RBI guidelines and fair customer-treatment practices. My message is clear: Customers deserve transparency and respect for their rights—not disputed charges, contradictory explanations, or pressure to reverse their decisions. I expect a written justification for these charges, clarification regarding verification records, and a fair resolution.
