Terrible After-Sales Service and Unethical Charges by Vivo India!nnI am extremely disappointed with the pathetic service experience at the Pratapgarh, UP service center regarding my flagship Vivo X200 FE (Purchased: 11/08/2025 for ₹54,999)nnShortly after the warranty period expired, the device suffered a total motherboard/hardware failure, which is a clear latent manufacturing defect. Instead of standing by their product quality, the service center is brazenly demanding an unjustified ₹33,000 for repair and initially refused to provide a proper job sheet.nnDespite escalating the matter through chat support and registering formal grievances on the National Consumer Helpline (NCH Dockets: 10354131, 10355117), I have only received automated loops and zero resolution.nnTagging leadership and corporate management to look into this unfair trade practice.
