I have been emailing VinFast India for months regarding my VF7's unresolved suspension issue and delayed bumper replacement, but there has been no proper response or resolution. After making me wait for months, the service team is now telling me to take my vehicle back because the required parts are unavailable, without resolving the issues.nnIs this how VinFast treats its customers?
