Urban Ladder - Immediate Order Cancellation Refused Within 5 Minutes, Rigid Support Hours & Artificial Shipping Locks

Urban Ladder customer service is probably the worst in the world. Placed an order for the wrong variant of a product. Tried to cancel within 5 minutes. But chat support only available from 9-6. Within 5 minutes order status also changed to “Ready for delivery”. Next morning, when their chat team woke up they tell me sorry product is shipped so we can’t do anything. Zomato level cancelation/modification policy, with 1960’s PSU customer support. UL has lost a customer for life. P.S. the agent on call tells me the product is “ready for delivery” because it’s already available in Mumbai. Not like there was any “shipping involved”. Another reason why you don’t let large monopolies grow. If confused, check who owns Urban Ladder.
