UBL customer alleges complaint closed without resolution on credit card status query

UBL - United Bank Limited - Absolutely pathetic bank with pathetic service and shitty customer care.nnNo matter how harshly I criticize UBL Bank, it still wouldnt come close to describing how pathetic their service is. They have gone above and beyond to demonstrate just how poorly they treat their customers.nnThis is what happens when you hire inexperienced staff who cant even answer to a customers simple queries. In my last LinkedIn post, my question was very simple: What is the status of my credit card, and when can I expect to receive it?nnWhen I didnt receive a satisfactory response through LinkedIn DM, then i emailed UBL Customer Care. In response, a complaint was registered on 24 September. And now, they have closed the complaint today without providing any resolution whatsoever.nnOh, come on! I was just asking about the status of my credit card! If you had no intention of resolving the issue, then why did you even provide me with a complaint number in the first place?nnI dont expect any response, request, or resolution from UBL - United Bank Limited anymore. Im simply asking people to think twice before opening an account in this bank.
