Delayed Delivery and False Unavailability Claims by Logistics Partner

ATS (Amazon Transportation Services) is not delivering my @1mgOfficial order since the past 2 days. They falsely claim I'm unavailable despite my presence. I work nights and am available in day, yet they still won't deliver my order. Delivery agent not picking calls.

    Severe Medicine Delivery Delay Despite Promised Same-Day Delivery

    Dear @1mgOfficial why this order is delayed. I put order on 5th of October. It was promised to deliver it on the same day but still I am waiting for the medicine.
