Pigeon (Stovekraft) - Indefinite Delay and Unreturned Oven-Toaster-Grill (OTG) After 4 Months of Pickup

Stovekraft (Pigeon)PC-2026-02483Consumer Electronics & AppliancesAnonymous ·
Dear Pigeon Customer Support Team, Stovekraft Limited Stovekraft Private Limited Pigeon & Gilma Stovekraft Private Limited (Custome.. I am writing to express my recent(Not recent) service experience regarding the appalling service, lack of accountability, and indefinite delay in returning my Pigeon Oven-Toaster-Grill (OTG) Which I bought in Amazon on 23 Sep'25. Initially I raised a ticket on 6th June'26 PGN26060602420 and no response and again I raised a ticket on 23rd June'26 PGN26062302215. Later My OTG was picked up for service/repairs on 30th June'2026 by Apoorva Enterprises. Subsequently, the service ticket was assigned to Kiruthika Enterprises. Later no response from the service provider after raising multiple tickets about my OTG. It has been nearly four months since the product was taken, yet it has neither been repaired nor returned to me. Despite following up, I have received no tangible solution, clear status update, or timeline for resolution. Taking a customer's appliance and holding it indefinitely without resolution or communication is completely unacceptable service for a brand like Pigeon. I demand an immediate resolution to this issue: Provide an immediate update on the status of my appliance and arrange for its return in fully functional condition. If the product cannot be repaired or has been misplaced/damaged while in the custody of your service partners, I request a full refund or a brand- ew replacement unit. Please treat this matter with utmost urgency. If I do not receive a concrete resolution within two business days, I will be forced to escalate this grievance to consumer protection forums.
