Spigen India order stuck on Out For Pickup since 8 October, emails unanswered

Disappointed with Spigen India. Order #89782 has been stuck on Out For Pickup since 8 October, and Blue Dart says the parcel was never handed over. My emails remain unanswered, with only ticket updates instead of solutions. @Spigen_india please resolve this, reply to my emails
