Allegedly one tracking ID for three items; only one out for delivery

Customer alleges that order #SH3168707530 containing 3 items has a single tracking ID (******), but only one item is showing as out for delivery. They question why all three items are not out for delivery given the same tracking ID.

Personal details such as phone numbers, emails and ID or account numbers have been hidden (shown as ******) for privacy. Only the author, the company's approved representatives and Panchaayat staff can see them.
