Escalation: Pathetic Customer Service and Missing Shipment | ShadowfaxnnI am writing this post out of sheer frustration with the abysmal service provided by Shadowfax. My shipment [SF4139569470PRZ], ordered through [GETMYMETTLE], has been delayed with absolutely no update. Even no one is responding from purchased site. (Getmymettle)nWhat is worse is the complete lack of accountability. I have tried every single channel available:n- The customer care number goes unanswered or cuts off.n- The WhatsApp support bot provides generic, unhelpful automated replies.n- Emails sent to their support team are completely ignored.nAs a consumer, it is unacceptable to be left completely in the dark with no human agent willing to address the issue.nShadowfax team, I expect an immediate update on the location of my package and a definitive delivery timeline.
