Paid ₹1,999 advance for 30 coconuts; Doodhvale delivered 1, forfeited the rest, refused bank refunds, forced non-withdrawable ₹500 wallet credits, and fake-closed tickets using 1-ring calls

DETAILED COMPLAINT REPORT: SYSTEMIC CONSUMER FRAUD & UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES BY DOODHVALE (SANJEEVANI DAIRY FARMS PVT. LTD.) SECTION 1: WHAT HAPPENED 1. Background & Account Details: Complainant: Ashok Kumar (Senior Citizen, Age 66) Registered Account / Mobile No.: ****** Merchant: Sanjeevani Dairy Farms Private Limited (Operating under brand name Doodhvale / Doodhwale) 2. Chronology of Systemic Wallet & Subscription Forfeiture: January 2026 Forfeiture: Earlier in January 2026, Doodhvale engaged in arbitrary wallet balance lock-ins and subscription forfeitures, setting an early pattern of withholding customer funds without rendering services. July / September 2026 Tender Coconut Scam: On 21st July 2026, I purchased a 30-pack tender coconut monthly subscription on my registered account by paying an advance of ₹1,999/- upfront into their app wallet. Non-Delivery & Fund Confiscation: Doodhvale delivered ONLY 1 single coconut on 21st July 2026 and thereafter abruptly stopped all further deliveries. They arbitrarily forfeited the remaining 29 coconuts and unlawfully confiscated my advance payment of ₹1,999/-, effectively charging me ₹1,999/- for a single coconut. 3. App UI Traps & Non-Withdrawable Wallet Design: Predatory Lock-in: Unlike standard consumer-first platforms (such as Country Delight) that offer seamless direct bank refunds for unspent balances, Doodhvale operates a rigid, one-way wallet system. Once funds enter their wallet, they cannot be withdrawn back to the customer's bank account. Fake Loyalty Traps (DV Coins): Even as a Diamond Tier Member holding over 2,946+ DV Coins, the coins expire aggressively within 2 days, cannot be redeemed on daily milk essentials, and are subject to strict 10% redemption caps designed to induce forfeitures. 4. Deceptive Customer Support & Fraudulent Ticket Closures (#207195 & #210962): Ticket #207195 (10th Oct 2026): Doodhvale support logged my explicit rejection of their partial ₹500 offer. Despite recording my REJECTION in writing, management fraudulently marked the ticket as "RESOLVED". Ticket #210962 (18th Oct 2026): Support agents executed a "1-Ring Missed Call" trick—calling for 1 second and disconnecting immediately to fake a contact attempt. They then dropped an automated message ("We tried contacting you..."), unilaterally forced an unrequested ₹500 credit into my non-withdrawable app wallet, and marked the ticket as "RESOLVED" in green status without my consent. SECTION 2: WHAT WE HAVE TRIED (ACTIONS TAKEN) 1. Exhaustion of Administrative Remedies (NCH 1915): I formally lodged a grievance on the National Consumer Helpline (NCH - 1915). In response, Doodhvale issued mechanical, evasive replies refusing a direct bank transfer refund, demonstrating willful deficiency of service. 2. Service Migration: Seeing their total lack of business ethics, I permanently discontinued service with Doodhvale and migrated my daily household dairy and fresh requirements to a transparent competitor platform (Country Delight). 3. Formal Pre-Litigation Legal Demand Notice (Email Served): On 19th October 2026, a formal Pre-Litigation Legal Demand Notice was dispatched via email to Doodhvale's registered management and directors (******, ******): Demanding an immediate direct bank refund of ₹1,999/-. Claiming ₹25,000/- in compensation for mental agony caused to a 66-year-old senior citizen. Setting a strict 7-Day Notice Period prior to filing a formal consumer petition before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Gurugram under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. 4. Public Exposure Campaign on LinkedIn: To alert job seekers, prospective investors, and consumers, I initiated an active daily exposure series on LinkedIn targeting: Forced non-withdrawable app wallet traps. Fraudulent "RESOLVED" ticket manipulation. Exploitative business practices targeting senior citizens. SECTION 3: RELIEF SOUGHT FROM PANCHAYAT.IN Direct intervention to compel Sanjeevani Dairy Farms Pvt. Ltd. to process an immediate direct bank refund of ₹1,999/-. Investigation into their non-withdrawable wallet policies and fraudulent ticket-closing practices affecting consumers at large.
